WAREHOUSE

Since 2012, John Ritchey Structural Engineer, LLC. has been providing structural engineering services for Commercial Warehouses.  JRSE has in-depth understanding of prefabricated metal buildings and has provided schematic building framing and foundation plans for use in permitting and design.  When a prefabricated metal building manufacturer is selected JRSE works with them to furnish necessary project specific information and specifications that is utilized by them to design the Warehouse superstructure (framing above grade).  The metal building manufacturer provides the column and frame reactions that JRSE uses for the foundation design.  

JRSE provides Warehouse foundation systems that are simple to contract, economical, and structurally sound. JRSE will work with the owner in the selection of the most appropriate foundation system for the building’s use. 

Structural drawings (plans) are furnished for the use of permitting, bidding, and construction.  

During construction, JRSE will provide Structural Observation to oversee the framing is built in general conformance with the structural drawings.  JRSE’s goal is to provide timely correspondence to the design team and contractors to maintain project goals and timeline.
