Since 2012, John Ritchey Structural Engineer, LLC. has been providing structural engineering services for commercial buildings. JRSE has extensive experience with all sizes, shapes, and framing (wood, concrete, steel, masonry, or a combination of them) for them. JRSE furnishes designs that are in conformance with current building codes. Various structural software’s (e.g. RISA, Enercalc, Microsoft Excel, MathCAD, Simpson Strong Tie CFS, Simpson Strong Tie Anchor Designer, etc.) are used and drawings are developed in AutoCAD. Calculations and Structural drawings (plans) are furnished for permitting, bidding, and construction.
During construction, JRSE will provide Structural Observation to oversee the commercial building framing is built in general conformance with the structural drawings. JRSE’s goal is to provide timely correspondence to the design team and contractors to maintain project goals and timeline.
