SPECIAL INSPECTION

Since 2012, John Ritchey Structural Engineer, LLC. has been providing special inspection services for construction projects.  JRSE is qualified to inspect concrete, structural steel, high strength bolting, masonry, and wood framing.  JRSE does not provide services for pretensioned concrete, soils, or welding.  

During construction, JRSE will provide Special Inspection to verify that the construction of the structural framing is general conformance with the structural engineering plans, current codes, industry standards, and manufacture’s specifications.   JRSE’s goal is to provide timely correspondence to the design team and contractors to maintain project goals and timeline.  

JRSE provides structural engineering services for Special Inspection services on Maui and Oahu, Hawaii.
